In case you have concerns, here are some frequently asked questions and answers to clear things up.
Please fill out our online inquiry form and we will reach out to you within 24 hours to process your request.
– Order must be made 3 days in advance.
– Special orders must be made 2 weeks in advance to place a specific color or flower request.
PAYMENT:
Payment will be taken over the phone after details of the order are discussed. Once the transaction is finalized a receipt will be emailed to you.

No order will be placed until full payment is received.
Pricing is subject to change due to market value. Please feel free to contact us at hello@bumblebeelanding.com should you have any questions at all.
We are pleased to offer free delivery for any low floral arrangement, delivered within 10 miles of Chino Hills. A $25 fee is charged for any order within 20 miles per location. Delivery rate varies beyond 20 miles. Please contact us at hello@bumblebeelanding.com for further assistance. Once the order is delivered, we will email you to let you know that the order has been fulfilled.

Customization is only available for special orders at this time. The element of surprise is what makes this process unique and special. Give our designer creative freedom to make the most gorgeous arrangement, just for you!
Unfortunately, flowers are perishable, once the order is processed, no cancellation or refund is available.
For specific color and flower requests. Please order 2 weeks in advance. Order cannot be changed once the order is processed.
FLORAL SELECTION
* We can not guarantee specific colors and flowers as it is the nature of business due to unforeseen circumstances. We will try our very best to source the flowers and colors that you have requested. However, we reserve the right to make any changes/or substitutions due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice. Replacement of the same quality or higher will be implemented in place of the original selection of flowers or vessels. - Once the floral arrangement is delivered, we are not responsible for the care and condition of the arrangement. Care instruction will be provided along with the arrangement. For your convenience below are general instructions to keep your arrangement in excellent condition.
FLORAL CARE INSTRUCTION
- Keep your arrangement away from direct sunlight, the AC/Heater unit.
- Changed and re-cut stems every 3 days or when the water starts to get cloudy.
- Use filtered water if possible.
- Make sure no leaves, petals, or any debris are inside of the water. This will create bacteria in the water and will reduce the life span of the arrangement.
LOVE NOTES
I called from France to order a flower arrangement for a friend who needed something to cheer her up and encouragement. Dana took my order over the phone and expedited the creation and delivery of the flowers and accompanying card because I mentioned the purpose--it's hard to be so far away from friends and not be there when they need someone--and this is the embodiment of customer service! She also sent me emails confirming receipt of the card contents and the status of the delivery so I was informed even from so far away.
